Your order is delivered to the address you gave when ordering. Because of the nature of the products, we cannot deliver to P.O. box addresses at present.
Orders ship on working days only, Saturday to Thursday. Expected delivery is 3 to 10 working days, inside and outside Madinah. Delivering your order quickly and safely is our first priority.
Delivery fees are usually about 22 SAR inside Madinah and about 30 SAR outside Madinah.
If a shipment is not received or cannot be delivered to the given address, the customer bears all re-shipping costs and related expenses.
No order ships until its full value has been received, whether by bank transfer, credit card, mada or any other electronic payment. Any delay in the amount reaching our bank account is the buyer's responsibility.
We deliver inside Saudi Arabia only, and cannot fulfil orders with an address outside the Kingdom at present.
In areas and villages where couriers do not deliver to the door, the order is delivered to the courier's nearest branch, and the customer collects it within the courier's stated period.
